Appointments
Your appointments will be scheduled to keep your waiting time to an absolute minimum. We make every effort to remain on schedule and to see our patients at the set appointment time. Sometimes unavoidable delays occur due to unexpected broken appliances or other emergency situations. You have our pledge that there will be minimal wait prior to your scheduled appointments. Likewise, if you are unable to keep an appointment or are running late, please give us a call. We appreciate 24 hours notice if an appointment must be changed.

Emergencies
We know that emergencies can arise and we will do our best to respond promptly to any problems that may occur. If you are uncomfortable, that is our immediate concern. Call us immediately if any problems arise.

Fees
There are several methods of payment including cash, check, credit cards and convenient payment plans. Fees for full braces are in the range of $3500 - $4500 depending on the length of treatment time and severity of the problem. These fee arrangements can be customized to most everyone's budget and specific financial situation, and can be set up over the course of treatment, approximately 18-24 months. These fees are generally divided into monthly payments. Please feel free to ask questions and discuss financial payment arrangements with my secretary.

Insurance and Billing
If you provide our office with the correct information regarding your current insurance, we will be glad to complete and submit your claims for dental benefits.
